The Gettysburg Family Tree Gallery is a one-of-a-kind, family-owned business rooted in creativity, tradition, and shared purpose. What makes this gallery truly special is its passion for celebrating the craftsmanship of a single extended family, bringing together a collective of artists whose work reflects generations of talent, imagination, and dedication. Through both its physical gallery space and online presence, the gallery connects Gettysburg visitors and global shoppers with meaningful, handcrafted art that embodies authenticity and quality.
At the heart of the gallery is its extraordinary family of artisans. Visitors are invited to experience a rich diversity of artistic expression, with creations that are entirely unique—offered nowhere else in the Gettysburg area. Every piece is handmade and deeply personal, shaped solely by the individual artist’s vision and skill, free from commercial influence.
Our name represents generations of artists connected by family. Like the branches of a tree, each artist brings unique gifts and perspectives while remaining rooted in a shared history. As new generations grow, so will the creative legacy of the Gettysburg Family Tree Gallery.
For decades, our family has enjoyed creating art, collecting history, and crafting meaningful pieces. Our hope is to share that joy with visitors while preserving traditions and inspiring creativity in others.
Our family moved to Gettysburg in 1970 after our father accepted a leadership position at Gettysburg College. What began as a fresh start became home.
Growing up among the historic streets, battlefields, and community traditions of Gettysburg and around the College shaped who we are. Many family members attended local schools and the College, worked within the community, and developed a deep appreciation for the history and people who make Gettysburg special.
Today, the Gettysburg Family Tree Gallery serves as an extension of those roots and a way to give back to the community that helped shape our family.
